Building for the City

In collaboration with Chief Architect Marc Perrazone, R-Elevation was engaged to develop the initial schematic design, base 3D model, and photorealistic renderings for the Atrium Office Building project in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

The nine-story office building includes two sub-grade parking levels and was completed in 2014. The Atrium Building has become a notable addition to the Kinshasa skyline and currently serves as the regional headquarters for one of the city’s leading banks.
